This Autosafe product warranty is non-transferable and is not valid unless the original purchaser registers acceptance of this warranty to Autosafe International Limited by completing our Key Registration & Warranty Form within one month of purchase.

This warranty is offered only to you and is not transferable by you to any third party whatsoever.

1 WARRANTY

CubeByte

We warrant that the Product shall be free from defective materials and workmanship for life from the date of purchase (design operational life).

All Other Products

We warrant that the Product shall be free from defective materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Exclusions

This warranty shall be deemed void and unenforceable if you:

2.1 do not use the Product in accordance with the accompanying instructions; or

2.2 have the Product altered, repaired, modified by a third party; or

2.3 attempt to modify, alter, repair or tamper in any with the Product; or

2.4 damage the Product by abuse, misuse or accident.

In no way are we attempting to limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury resulting from any negligent act on our part.

Returns and Remedies

If we decide that the Product is in breach of this warranty and we are satisfied that you have not breached the provisions in clauses 2.1-2.4 then your remedies available under this warranty shall be either:

3.1 a replacement Product; or

3.2 the right to repair of the Product; or,

3.3 where neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund.

We shall decide which remedy is most appropriate for you. You must send the Product along with your proof of purchase to us by prepaid and insured postage to [insert address] and ensure that the Product is packaged in a safe and appropriate manner. All costs for returning the Product to us shall be borne by you unless we are satisfied that you have a genuine claim under this warranty whereupon we shall refund your postage costs in sending the Product to us on receipt of your proof of postage costs in sending the Product to us on receipt of your proof of postage.
